PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily add a function capable of receiving and utilizing a high frequency signal such as a television broadcast signal and making the high frequency signal usable to an electronic device such as the so-called mobile device. SOLUTION: A front end part 11 consisting of a high frequency circuit 11a and an intermediate frequency circuit 11b, and a digital signal processing circuit such as an A/D converting part 12 are provided in a card type case. A digital signal formed in the digital signal processing circuit is outputted from an output terminal provided in the card type case, and a reception signal made to be a digital signal in a format processable by the opposite device is supplied.
