PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anomaly diagnostic apparatus capable of reducing maintenance/management costs by reducing the frequency of disassembly/assembly work, which requires time and labor. SOLUTION: The anomaly diagnostic apparatus of a bering device for an axle of a rolling stock for diagnosing the presence or absence of anomalies in the bering device for the axle of the rolling stock is incorporated in the bearing device and provided with a bearing with a sensor having a sensor 22 for outputting a signal generated by the bearing device as an electric signal; a microcomputer 30 for determining the presence or absence of anomalies in mechanical equipment on the basis of the output of the sensor 22; and a result output part for outputting a determination result by the microcomputer 30. By analyzing the output of the sensor of the bearing with the sensor incorporated in the bering device of the rolling stock by the microcomputer 30 as an information processing device and comparing its analysis result with previously prepared reference data, the presence or absence of anomalies caused by wear and breakage of components of a sliding member is determined.
