摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a writing beam for a plurality of lines in a real time. SOLUTION: A sub-scanning direction moving mechanism 30 is provided to move a detecting part 20 for receiving the writing beam emitted from a scanning optical unit 1 along a sub-scanning direction. The detecting part 20 is provided with an area sensor 21. The sub-scanning direction moving mechanism 30 vibrates a diaphragm by exciting the diaphragm of an excitation source comprising a piezoelectric element, and comprising a plate spring, and moves the detecting part 20 mounted on the central part of the diaphragm along the sub-scanning direction. The writing beam for the plurality of line parts is continuously photoreceived while moving the area sensor 21 at a sub-writing speed.
