PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic equipment wherein a shield cover is fitted rigidly to a multilayer circuit board enabling sure shielding of an electromagnetic wave from the outside and that can improve productivity. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment 10 is formed by mounting an electronic component 3 on a multilayer circuit board 1, wherein a plurality of insulation layers 1a-1d are stacked and a circuit wiring is formed among the insulation layers 1a-1d and by mounting to the multilayer circuit board 1 a metal shield cover 2, that is provided with a sidewall 2a in the outer circumferential part so as to cover the electronic component 3. A plurality of notches 4 are formed at least in the uppermost layer of the insulation layers 1a-1d, and a fixing leg part 2b, whose lower end is located within a formation are of the notch 4 is formed on the sidewall 2a of the shield cover 2, and the fixing leg part 2b and the multilayer circuit board 1 are fixed within the forming region of the notch 4 by means of a resin material 7, and then the sidewall 2a and a ground electrode pad 5, formed on the upper surface of the multilayer circuit board 1, are electrically connected with each other via a conductive adhesive agent 6.
