PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tacky adhesive label for a hard disk drive in which both various information display function and reducing function of sound caused while driving the hard disk drive are accomplished and to provide the reducing method of sound caused while driving the hard disk drive using the label. SOLUTION: In the tacky adhesive label, an information display section is provided on one of the surfaces of the base material and an adhesive layer is provided on the other surface.
