PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize dynamic characteristics of a magnetic linear actuator by reducing resilience acted on an auxiliary moving part. SOLUTION: The auxiliary moving part of the magnetic linear actuator for a composite linear actuator consist of a pair of air core coils (35) and a head assembly (30B). The head assembly (30B) consists of a magnetic head (31) extending in upward and downward directions, a head holder (32) for holding this magnetic head, and a pair of flexible printed circuits (33B) for connecting electrically between the magnetic head and the pair of the air core coils, and an external circuit. Each of the pairs of the flexible printed circuits are splitted into an upward flexible printed circuit part (331), a downward flexible printed circuit part (332) and a flexible printed circuit part for the coil (333).
