PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass block panel which can reduce a manufacturing cost and time from the acceptance of an order to completion, has excellent water sealability, and can be efficiently conveyed to a construction site. SOLUTION: This glass block panel which is constituted in such a manner that a plurality of glass block panels are coupled to one another by two coupling plates is characterized in that the glass block unit is composed of a plurality of glass blocks which are arranged in alignment, a frame which surrounds the glass blocks, and mortar with which joint parts among the respective glass blocks are filled.
