PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and implement for hair treatment easily performing the various kinds of hair treatment such as a permanent wave and hair dyeing without damaging the tip of the hair, and a hair treatment implement. SOLUTION: The hair treatment implement is provided with a thin and long cylindrical hair holder 2 whose one end part is made a hair taking in port 2a and a wind-up means 4 for winding up a hair bundle held inside the hair holder 2 together with the hair holder 2. At least one opening part 9 is formed on the side face of the hair holder 2 and the tip of the hair bundle held inside the hair holder 2 is put out of the hair holder 2 through the opening part 2.
