Apparatus for cutting tiles

The apparatus has a tool to obtain intended separation line on a face of the tiles. The tool is connected with an operating lever (7) having a carriage (6) that is slidable along the guides with chromed surface. A metal-polyarylamide coupling is provided between the carriage and the guides. A base is provided with a profiled unit having cavity accommodating a contrast bar. The bar interacts with the face of the tiles.
