Conductive floor coating

Floor coating comprises an electrically conductive undercoat layer (2) and an electrically conductive, liquid-impermeable covering layer (3). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) method for preparing the floor covering by sequential application and hardening of coating formulations for layers (2) and (3); and (2) coating formulation for the floor coating in which the compositions for forming (2) and (3) contain epoxy resins.
