The invention relates to a fatty acid composition comprising (all-Z omega-3)-5,8,11,14,17-eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and (all-Z omega-3)-4,7,10,13,16,19docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), wherein the weight ratio of EPA:DHA in the fatty acid composition is 1:X, where X is >= 1, for the manufacture of a pharmaceutical composition or a dietary foodstuff for prevention or treatment of male infertility. The present invention also relates to a method for treatment of male infertility by using said fatty acid composition. |
