The device has an antenna formed of coils with whirls (6). The whirls are arranged with a variable whirl-step and with winding up of non-flat whirls in a manner to create a homogenous and constant communication range within a detection zone. The coils present the variable whirl-step, which is reduced from a central region in a direction of an external surface to opening of the container.
