The deck has a static shaft and a rotary shaft. The static shaft (40) includes a foot with a surface from which a finger projects, and oil spattering prevention unit (60) with a circular channel (63). The rotary shaft includes another oil spattering prevention unit with a channel to receive oil from a flange projecting radially outward, during its rotation. The channel (63) is a V-section channel parallel to the finger.
