PURPOSE: A system and a method for inputting multi-language graphic characters are provided to enable a server to combine characters matched with number keys, convert them into an image, and transmit the image to a receiver. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(270) receives an input code of a mobile terminal. A conversion processor(220) converts the code inputted through the receiving unit(270) into graphic characters. A coupling unit(240) couples graphic characters of the conversion processor(220) and graphic characters of a temporary storing unit(250). The temporary storing unit(250) temporarily stores the graphic characters. A transmitter(260) transmits the coupled graphic characters to a mobile terminal. A controller(210) controls each unit.
