The device comprises two screws (19, 29) which are fixed in the cock (10) and in the regulator (20) respectively so as to maneuver clamps, using L-shaped rocking members (13, 23), in order to fix the end of the hairspring and define the working length, and a screw (9) which can be used to block the regulator (20) in a determined position, the three screws (9, 19, 29) enabling a fine adjustment to be performed. The device is intended for the fine adjustment of a balance wheel/hairspring. In order to adjust the isochronism or put into beat, in addition to the balancing screws (2a, 2b) of the balance (1) and the fine adjustment screw (7) resting on the regulator tail (20a) such as to modify the orientation of the regulator (20).
