The shears have an upper blade consisting a spring steel blade (15) clamped along one side, with cuts (12) running from the cutting edge (11) dividing it into cutting segments (16) which have a sector (17) bent at a right angle. When the blade is set against the tile surface, the cutting segments shape themselves to the relief of the tile surface.
