PURPOSE: A method for restricting subscriber mobility of a WLL(Wireless Local Loop) is provided to reject a call or forcibly end a call, if a mobility-restricted subscriber moves to another group to attempt a call or moves to another group during a call. CONSTITUTION: An OCP(Operation Control Processor) of a BSC(Base Station Controller) receives from an operator group information for grouping BTSs(Base station Transceiver Subsystems) serviced to subscribers by the region near from a WLL, to generate a group table(S10). A subscriber information management table is generated by subscriber information received from the operator(S12). An ASP(Access Switching Processor) or the OCP receives an originating/incoming call attempt from an idle subscriber and generates a call process, then searches a home group including an originating/incoming subscriber to store the home group in a predetermined memory area(S14,S16,S18). WNC(WLL Network Code), that is current position information of the originating/incoming subscriber, and BTS information are received from a CCP(Call Control Processor) and stored in a predetermined memory area(S20). Whether the originating/incoming subscriber is permitted to move between groups is checked(S22). If not, whether the originating/incoming subscriber moves to another group is decided(S24). If so, the attempted originating/incoming call is rejected(S26) and the generated call process is ended(S28), and if not, mobility information of the originating/incoming subscriber, the WNC and BTS information of the home group are transmitted to the CCP(S30) and the attempted call is normally connected(S32). If a call disconnection is requested from the originating/incoming subscriber, the call is disconnected(S34) and the generated call process is ended(S28). And if the originating/incoming subscriber is not permitted to move between groups in the step S22, the step S30 is returned.
