PURPOSE: An electronic beam-curing type TPO(thermoplastic olefin) sheet is provided to improve scratch resistance by crosslinking due to the irradiation of an electronic beam to a TPO sheet composition. A process for producing the electronic beam-curing type TPO sheet is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The electronic beam-curing type TPO sheet is produced by irradiating 2-10mrad of the electronic beam to the TPO sheet at 25-50deg.C and 300-1000kv. And the composition of the TPO sheet contains a crosslinking aid which is monomers having unsaturated groups and is capable of initiating free radicals by the electronic beam, or a mixture thereof, wherein the monomer is a multifunctional methacrylate monomer or a multifunctional vinyl monomer.
