PURPOSE: A BSS(Base Station System) PLD(Program Loaded Data) verifying method and an apparatus are provided to improve stability of a mobile communication system by uploading/downloading or verifying a PLD through an Internet network. CONSTITUTION: A base transciever system(112) handles a connection function between a terminal and a base station controller(114). A base station manager(120) performs functions of managing state and configuration of hardware and software of several base station systems(110), collecting information related to a base station operation, monitoring the base station operation and lower devices related to detected breakdown, testing according to a command language, and collecting statistics data. An operation maintenance network(130) is coupled directly or indirectly to every device on a mobile communication system. A PLD verifying server(140) performs verifying on a BSS PLD and package management. An operation computer(170) allows a user to be connected to the PLD verifying server(140) to extract and manage information on the BSS PLD and its related package. |
