PURPOSE: A system for monitoring the security of an unmanned taxi is provided to automatically certify an ID of a driver periodically through multi-step and monitor a state inside the taxi if the normal certification is not processed. CONSTITUTION: A taxi-equipped device(100) comprises the first wireless communication tool(170), a voice signal input part(162), a display tool(150), a biometric recognition tool(110), and a controller(180). The controller displays an emergency state by operating the display tool if the certification error message is received. A remote system(200) comprises the second wireless communication tool(210), a taxi database(230), and a monitoring server(220). The taxi database stores a car number, a driver name, and the driver information of each taxi. If a biometric certification error message is received from the taxi, the monitoring server confirms the personal information of the driver by trying to telephone to the driver. In case that the telephone is unavailable or the personal information is not agreed, the monitoring server generates/transmits a certification error signal to the taxi.
