The holder (1) comprises two parts (3, 4) pivotally connected via an axle pin (6). The blade (6) can be placed between first and second clamping surfaces facing each other on the two parts. The pin lies substantially in the plane defined by the holder parts. A snap-fit mechanism is used to fix the holder parts together in the blade clamping position.
