PURPOSE: A signal output method and an optical information recording medium are provided to form pits at stable shape for an optical information recording medium having high recording density since the medium has narrow track pitches than a DVD, and to reduce jitters of a reproduced signal. CONSTITUTION: Recording signals consist of recording permission signals configured by repeating a recording enable period and an idle period, and recording data signals to be outputted within the recording permission period. Given that an output period of the best recording data signal is set to be 'Tfmax' among the recording data signals corresponding to a recording permission signal produced right after the idle period in a maximum idle period of the recording signals, and an output period of the best recording data signal is set to be 'Tfmin' among the recording data signals corresponding to a recording permission signal produced right after the idle period in a minimum idle period of the recording signals, then a reference period is set to be 'T', the recording signals are outputted while the 'Tfmax', the 'Tfmin', and the 'T' satisfy a formula 1.
