PURPOSE: A structure of a leadframe is provided to minimize a variation of the height of an inner lead in the vertical direction as well as a variation of the right-and-left position of the inner lead by making the inner lead embedded with an elastic bending part. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of inner leads(130) extend from the edge of a leadframe(100) to the center of the leadframe. An end connecting part(150) fixes both side ends of the inner lead such that the both side ends confront each other inside the leadframe. The end connecting parts are of an elastic material, bent plural times and interconnected by at least one elastic bending part(200).
