PURPOSE: A disk plate for supporting spring for a check is replaced with a spring while inducing backflow of fluid when the fluid is shut to facilitate the flow of the fluid. CONSTITUTION: A lever(11) having a float inside of a gas bowl is provided. A check(5) shuts fluid passage in a housing by a cam at the end of the lever when the gas is filled fully. A flux(3) opens fluid passage when charge gas and shuts inflow port when the gas is charged fully by a hydraulic pressure. A head and spring support of a conical shape is formed at the upper end of the check. A compression spring is installed between the check and the flux. The compression pressure of the compression spring is smaller than the compression force of the flux when the gas is filled fully.
