PURPOSE: A toilet bowl with Ondol system(Korean heating system) and an air conditioner is provided, which is easy to control the height of seat. CONSTITUTION: In a toilet bowl having a main body(1) and a water pot(8), the toilet bowl comprises: a cover(2) for covering the main body(1) and having a magnet(7) and a pipe(5); and a water pot(8) having a magnet(7) and a pipe(5). When the cover(2) is arose, the magnets(7) of the cover(2) and the water pot(8) stick together so that the cover(2) doesn't fall down. Heated water or a refrigerant circulates through the pipes(7) so that the toilet bowl is heated or cooled. To adjust the height of the seat(9), a seat supporter(14) is lifted by a motor(11).
