PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of a floor board which differentiates adhesion process of two different single sheets of a patterned timber to reduce adhesion time so that it contributes to reduce the entire production time. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the floor board comprises the steps of: (i) preparing a square plywood(1) and two different single sheets(2) of the patterned timber sewn in a square form; (ii) crossing the single sheets of the patterned timber, laminating them vertically and aligning the end of one short side and the end of both long sides; (iii) coating the end of one short side with adhesive; (iv) separating two different single sheets of the patterned timber among the coated single sheets and unfolding in a length direction; (v) coating one side of the plywood with adhesive; (vi) putting the unfolded single sheet on the coated adhesive, heating and compressing to adhere the sheet and the adhesive; (vii) secondly processing the plywood to form an insertion projection(3) at one long side and one short side and an insertion groove(4) at the other long side and the other short side; and (viii) coating the surface of the single sheet by transparent coating paper to form a protection layer(5).
