PURPOSE: A method for preparing a functional plastic or synthetic resin by using a steel making slag nano-sized powder is provided, to improve durability, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance and chemical resistance. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of mixing a plastic or a synthetic resin with 0.1-15 wt% of a pulverized steel making slag powder having a size of 10-900 nm as a filler or a functional additive when a plastic or a synthetic resin is prepared. Preferably the steel making slag is a blast furnace slag.
