The oven has an inner cabinet (20) placed in an outer cabinet (10) to define a flow path (30) between the cabinets. A sensor (40) is defined between the cabinets to check a condition of air flowing in the path. Terminal unit transmits electric power and control signals to the sensor. Sensor holder holding the sensor and the terminal unit is detachably fitted in a fitting hole together with the sensor and the terminal unit. The outer cabinet defines an outer appearance of the oven. The inner cabinet includes a cooking chamber (21) and an electric component compartment.
