Highly pure polyethersilicone

A polyethersilicone is new. A polyethersilicone of formula (CH 3) 3-x-Si(A x)O((CH 3) 2SiO) nSi(A y)-(CH 3) 3-y(1) is new. It is modified at an end of its silicone chain. A : a polyether residue; n : 0-3; x, y : 0 or 1;and x+y : >=1. A weight ratio determined by H (sic)-nuclear magnetic resonance of a polyether, which is not bonded to a silicone chain of the polyethersilicone to a total of the non-bonded polyether and polyether residue bonded to the silicone chain of the polyethersilicone, is =8%. An independent claim is also included for a method of preparing a polyethersilicone.
