PURPOSE: Functional gain obtained by applying a fermented functional material on the surface of grain or soaking grain in the fermented product is provided. It is rich in nutrients while having characteristic taste and flavor of grain. CONSTITUTION: A fermented functional material is applied on the surface of grain. The fruits contain plums, ginger, grapes, bananas, pears, pineapples, jujubes, chestnuts, apples, melons, water melons, persimmons, apricots, peaches or the like. The cereals contain rice, barley, foxtail millet, oat, Vigna sinensis, buckwheat, sorghum, red-beans, mung beans or the like.
