PURPOSE: A processed food product of grain obtained by soaking grain in a fermented functional material is provided. The fermented functional material is prepared by fermenting nutraceuticals, cereals, vegetables, fruits, tourmarine, loess and charcoal. It is rich in nutrients and effective in maintaining good health and improving a physiological characteristic(constitution) and immunity of human beings. CONSTITUTION: To produce the food product, grain is treated with a fermented functional material obtained by fermenting nutraceuticals, cereals, vegetables, fruits, tourmarine, loess, charcoal or the like. The fruits are plums, ginger, grapes, bananas, pears, pineapples, jujubes, chestnuts, apples, melons, water melons, persimmons, apricots, peaches or the like. The cereals are rice, barley, foxtail millet, oat, Vigna sinensis, buckwheat, sorghum, red-beans, mung beans or the like. The nutraceuticals are ginseng extract, mushroom extract, fermented organic material of animals and plants, physiologically active materials of plants, animals, birds, bacteria and carbohydrates or the like. |
