PURPOSE: An evaporator core with integrated distributor is provided to improve efficiency of heat exchange. CONSTITUTION: A partition(6) is formed to divide one header(3) of an evaporator core into an inlet side(4) and an outlet side(5). A distribution part(8) is formed on an inlet(7) of the inlet side header. A plurality of capillary passages(9) are formed on the distribution part to be connected to patterns dividing tubes and forming flowing patterns of refrigerant. The header with the capillary passages, the distribution part and the partition formed thereon is integrally formed by extrusion. Inlets of the capillary passages are opened to be connected with the distribution part while ends of the capillary passages are sealed. Inlet holes(10) for the patterns are formed on an inside of the header so that the capillary passages and the inlet holes are connected to each other, respectively.
