PURPOSE: A rice product contained in an egg shell obtained by cutting out an upper portion of an egg shell and filling the empty space of the egg with soaked rice and various materials after emptying all of the egg's contents is provided. It permits a consumer to eat cooked rice having different tastes conveniently out of doors and can be used as an outdoor snack item for children. CONSTITUTION: An upper portion of an egg shell is cut out from the egg shell, all of the egg's contents are removed therefrom. Then, filling of 80% of the volume of the empty space is allowed to be achieved with various materials such as boiled rice, boiled red beans, various vegetables or the like. For an example, 70% by weight of glutinous rice, 30% by weight of seasoning materials and a suitable amount of sugar and salt are mixed, heated in an oven or a steamer and then filled into a clip portion of an egg.
