BACKLIGHT UNIT

PURPOSE: A backlight unit is provided to enhance the efficiency of a radiation light radiated to a light radiation surface by equalizing an incident azimuth of light received in a hologram pattern. CONSTITUTION: An LED(Light Emitting Diode)(120) emits light. An LGP(Light Guide Panel)(110) has a hologram pattern(130) formed as a concentric circle shape centering around the LED(120). The hologram pattern(130) is formed on at least one of a bottom surface and an upper surface opposite with the bottom surface of the LGP(110). The LED(120) is installed in an edge of the LGP(110). The edge of the LGP(110) is chamfered.
