PURPOSE: A unified insurance system is provided to communicate the information for a customer situation through the online by using a customer management server connecting an insurance company, a protective device company, a customer, and a hospital, and offer a medical/rehabilitation service and the house/car remodeling by using the protective device company and the hospital linked through the offline. CONSTITUTION: The insurance company develops unified insurance goods. As the customer takes out an insurance policy, the customer data is transmitted to the customer management server. If the customer is involved in an accident during everyday life, the state data of a patient is transmitted to the customer management server. The insurance company confirms the customer data from a system server. The protective device company server receives the data from the system server, and transmits the data for protective device and living condition improvement fit to a handicap type and a medical certificate. A data server performs the simulation for predicting the handicap/support of the customer based on the data received from the hospital/protective device company/insurance company.
