A pneumatic tire has skin layer formed by curing polyurethane resin composition comprising compound having active hydrogen atoms and organic polyisocyanate compound. It has an oxygen permeation coefficient at 23[deg]C under relative humidity of 60% of =2 ml-mm/m 2>-day-MPa and comprises >=20 wt.% of a specific skeleton structure.
