PURPOSE: Provided is a fire retardant polyester-styrene-based copolymer alloy composition, which is friendly to environment and excellent in fire retardancy and properties and shows colors freely. CONSTITUTION: The fire retardant polyester-styrene-based copolymer alloy composition comprises 3-60wt% of a polyester, 20-90wt% of a styrene-based copolymer, 1-15wt% of a phosphorus-based fire retardant agent, 0.1-5wt% of an inorganic activator, and at least one additive selected from the group consisting of a silicon-based fire-retardant agent, a lubricant, an antioxidant, a photostabilizer, a hydrolysis stabilizer, a releasing agent, a pigment, an antistatic agent, a conductive agent, an EMI screening agent, and etc.
