PURPOSE: A mudguard air filter apparatus in a tire of a vehicle is provided to effectively prevent air pollution, to remove dust, and to reduce noise. CONSTITUTION: In a mudguard air filter apparatus in a tire of a vehicle, an air filter(4) is made of a shrinking material in elliptic shape and is installed with fixing bolts(10). Fine dust and dust produced from a tire(2) and the surface of a road produces fresh air through the air filter by the centrifugal force of the wind power(9) of the tire.
