PURPOSE: An English learning method using a 3-ly training process is provided to memorize easily the proposed English sentences within a short period of time by repeating the 3-ly training process. CONSTITUTION: A 3-ly training process includes a first process of 'as loudly as possible', a second process of 'as clearly as possible', and a third process of 'as quickly as possible'. A learner commits the proposed 14 to 20 sentences to memory by using the 3-ly training process. The proposed 14 to 20 sentences are easily memorized for a week by repeating the 3-ly training process. The 60 to 80 sentences are easily memorized for a month by repeating the 3-ly training process. The 800 sentences are easily memorized for a year by repeating the 3-ly training process. The 1600 sentences are easily memorized for two years by repeating the 3-ly training process.
