PURPOSE: Provided are a curing agent for a water-soluble rubber asphalt-based coating waterproofer and a reaction-curing type asphalt-based coating waterproofer containing the curing agent, which is cured rapidly, dose not have bubbles or pinholes on the coated surface or the inside, and improves properties like a tensile strength. CONSTITUTION: The curing agent for the water-soluble rubber asphalt-based coating waterproofer contains a modified isocyanate compound produced by carrying out polycondensation of 100pts.wt. of a multifunctional isocyanate, 10-60pts.wt. of a compound represented by the formula 1, and 3-30pts.wt. of a polyoxyalkylene ether compound. And the reaction-curing type asphalt-based coating waterproofer contains 0.5-3pts.wt.(based on the water-soluble rubber asphalt-based coating waterproofer of 100pts.wt.) of the curing agent just before the construction. In the formula, R1 is substituted or unsubstituted C4-C40 alkyl or C6-C10 aryl, R2 is methyl-substituted or unsubstituted C1-C4 alkylene, and n is an integer of 1-10. |
