The free edge of a manually deformable flashing skirt (8, 8') for a roof penetrating building structure (10) is secured to a roof covering (12) by means of a fastening device comprising a strip member (1, 1') of comparatively short length and designed at one end to be secured to the roof covering (12, 12') and, at the other end, to press down the free edge of the flashing skirt (8, 8') against the roof covering (12, 12'), and a securing means (2) for securing said one end to the roof covering (12, 12'). |
