PURPOSE: A circuit for oscillating a local frequency in a wireless subscribe network system is provided to reduce the cost of frequency up-converter by generating 170 MHz local frequency through a logic circuit employing a divider and a counter. CONSTITUTION: A circuit for oscillating a local frequency in a wireless subscribe network system includes a first oscillator(20), a controller(10), a second oscillator(40), a first mixer(30) and a second mixer(50). The first oscillator is provided with a serial/parallel converter(15), a first to a third counter(11,13,14) and a divider(12). The circuit is characterized in that it generates 170 MHz local frequency by dividing the 2060 ¯2090 MHz of local frequency outputted from the second oscillator in response to the dividing ratio by various dividing ratios. In the second mixer, 310MHz from the first mixer and 2060 ¯2090 are mixed to output UHF 2370 ¯2400MHz.
