PURPOSE: A hook member for ventilation is provided to maintain the locked status of a window while opening the window a little without installing an additional security window. CONSTITUTION: An extended piece(10) is formed in a hook member(2). A hook(2b) and a stopper(11) are formed in the extended piece. A locking hook is locked by selectively hanging in the hooks(2a,2b). Thereby, an indoor is ventilated by opening a window a little wile locking the hooks. Therefore, the indoor is maintained in a fresh status. Moreover, the invasion of an invader through the opened window is prevented previously.
