FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention describes derivatives of 1,4-benzothiazepine-1,1-dioxide of the formula (I): ^ ^ wherein R1 means methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl; R2 means hydrogen atom, hydroxyl; R3 means saccharide residue that is mono- or multi-substituted with saccharide-protecting group if necessary; X means -(C=O)n-(Co-C16)-alkyl-, -(C=O)n-(Co-C16)-alkyl-NH-, covalent bond; n = 0 or 1; m = 0 or 1; and to their pharmaceutically compatible salts and physiologically functional derivatives.
