FIELD: methods and equipment for door structure production. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of fire-proof door leaf unit production involves providing the first and the second door leafs with the first and the second sides; applying adhesive homogeneous fire-resistant silicate suspension having hardening agent at least on one side of the first door leaf, wherein silicate suspension includes free water and bound water which provide the majority fire-proof characteristics; applying filler material above said silicate suspension; assembling door leafs into single leaf unit so that the first sides of the first and the second door leafs face each other; hardening fire-proof silicate suspension up to hardening thereof; extracting portion of free mater. Remainder free water provides additional protection against fire. Method of fire-proof door case or door decorative elements includes applying adhesive homogeneous fire-resistant silicate suspension having free water, bound water and hardening agent on door case or door decorative elements; applying filler material above said silicate suspension; curing homogeneous fire-resistant silicate suspension during hardening period thereof and extracting portion of free mater. ^ EFFECT: providing effective fire-proof capabilities of door leaf, case or decorative elements. ^ 16 cl, 3 dwg |
