FIELD: equipment for burning of solid waste, applicable for burning of solid waste in wood-working industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the plant includes a chamber furnace consisting of a combustion chamber with a bin for loading of waste and an outlet for removal of ash, after-burning chamber, heat exchanger, waste gas cleaning system. The cleaning system consists of a device for removal of coarse-dispersed fly ash in the form of a vortex chamber, scrubber made in the form of a Venturi scrubber provided with a tubular insert and atomizer located in the axis in the upper part of each tube and in the diffuser, receiving bath, packed absorber, separator in the form of a bag filter and a fan, all components being connected in succession. The scrubber communicates with the packed absorber through the receiving bath, and with the device for removal of coarse-dispersed fly ash-through the heat exchanger made in the form of several units operating in the counter-flow conditions. ^ EFFECT: reduced concentration of toxic components in waste gases to the values allowable by the sanitary standards. ^ 3 dwg |
