发明名称 METHOD FOR INDIVIDUAL PHYSICAL REHABILITATION AND CONTROL FOR ITS EFFICIENCY AT OSTEOCHONDROSIS OF CERVICAL VERTEBRAL DEPARTMENT
摘要 FIELD: sport-clinical medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: traction impact should be performed for a patient onto area of cervical vertebral department at participation of Glisson's loop, in patient's back position, in combination with manual therapy followed by correcting gymnastics. All measures should be carried out under individual control of anthropometric, roentgenological, dopplerographic and clinico-physiological values, moreover, traction impact should be performed on orthotable at position of its inclination for 15-25 deg. against horizon at higher position of patient's cephalic part, primary loading of 1.5-2 kg suggested with participation of Glisson's loop should be applied discretely at individual pace for increasing the load for 250-500 g/seance. Beforehand, one should put cylindrical tank at individually chosen bottom diameter ranged 8-16 cm under area of patient's neck filled with liquid heated up to optimal temperature. Both before and after rehabilitation procedures one should control efficiency by the above-mentioned values and, additionally test the level of diene conjugates (DE) in blood serum, at the shift of anthropometric, roentgenological, dopplerographic and physiological values towards normalization, and, also, decrease in DE level against the initial one, rehabilitation is considered to efficient. In cylindrical tank one should apply liquid heated up to 35-50 C depending upon individual patient's state, rehabilitation is evaluated as efficient at DE level value being below 8.0 mcM/ml. Additionally, one should prescribe individual correcting gymnastics by performing exercises being individual for lordotic and kyphotic vertebral macromorphology, if necessary, for right and left sides of patient's body, as for exercised for correcting gymnastics they should be chosen out of Table 4 given in description. The method provides congruent ratio of articulatory surfaces of vertebral-motor segments and removes functional blockades. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 6 cl, 7 ex, 4 tbl
