PURPOSE: A head gap structure for removing a side track noise is provided to form side poles for magnetic flux flowing in and flowing out on each pole side, in order to eliminate noise caused by a side flowing-out magnetic flux, thereby increasing track density. CONSTITUTION: The first pole(P1) flows a magnetic flux out while the second pole(P2) flows the magnetic flux in, when a current is applied to a head coil. Side poles(P3,P4) are formed on both sides of the first pole(P1) to horizontally flow the magnetic flux in, which is flowed from both sides of the first pole(P1). Side poles(P5,P6) are formed on both sides of the second pole(P2) to horizontally flow the magnetic flux, which is flowed from the side poles(P5,P6), into the second pole(P2).
