摘要 FIELD: equipment for dehydration of colloid sapropels. ^ SUBSTANCE: complex has charging apparatus for charging of sapropel under pressure and discharge apparatus for discharge of water from sapropel pulp. Water discharge apparatus has closed flexible flat belt running around drive and tightening drums, and pressure drums arranged above upper run of belt for rotation and engagement with belt. Outer cylindrical surface of pressure drums is covered with layer of porous material of open capillary structure. All drums are kinematically connected with one another and with belt drive drum through chain transmission system in a manner allowing belt linear speed to be equal to pressure drums peripheral speed, with deformation of surface layer being taken into account. Bearing casings for shafts of each drum are positioned for displacement in vertical guides and are equipped with replaceable weights positioned on casings. Each pressure drum is mounted in conjunction with squeezing roller for rotation and cooperation with cylindrical surface of pressure drum. Roller is arranged at one end of angular pivotal lever and counterweight is arranged at its other end. Inclined water discharge chute is positioned under squeezing roller. Charging apparatus is provided with slot-type dosing device adapted for charging of sapropel pulp through it and placing it over the entire width of belt between fixed sides extending along belt edges. Complex of such construction allows up to 40-50% of moisture by weight of basic sapropel pulp to be removed therefrom. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency in dehydrating of sapropel, reduced power consumption and simplified process. ^ 5 cl, 6 dwg
