FIELD: equipment for making reinforcement for ferroconcrete, namely manufacture of blanks with anchor ends used for dispersed reinforcing. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes wire coil holder; mechanism for feeding wire in the form of two rolls, one roll is driven; stationary cutter with guide for wire engaging at least with one movable cutter mounted on rotating disc whose rotation axis is normal relative to wire axis and drive unit. According to invention movable cutter is in the form of cylinder embraced with sleeve, both are mounted on disc along its radius. Thickness of sleeve consist 1 - 1.5 of wire thickness; end of cylinder protrudes relative to end of sleeve by value consisting 1 - 1.5 of wire thickness. Stationary cutter has through cylindrical opening; rotation axis of disc is arranged at level of lower position of wall of said opening. ^ EFFECT: simplified design of apparatus for making blanks with anchor ends. ^ 6 dwg |
